James focuses his sales efforts on YOUR needs and YOUR wants. His primary objective is to bring you the results you want in the time frame you want it. He's a "get in there and get it done" kinda guy. It won't cost you anything to discuss your desire to sell your home with him.
When you're thinking about inviting a REALTOR® into your home, you want to know what to expect. More than anything, you want to know that you're not going to be barraged by a "hard sell" in your own home. No one wants that! Here's what you can expect when you have James Endo come to your home to strategize about selling your home.
The first thing to happen is that you give James a tour of your home. It's usually fun to show off your home and point out all the features and lifestyle benefits. It's likely that James will also have input about your home, neighborhood and the market in general. This tour is a little like showing a friend your home—except the friend is also a real estate expert.
This is not a casual conversation that happens quickly. No! This is in depth. James really wants to dig deep and discover everything you want to accomplish with the sale of your property. One thing you can count on, he will give you realistic feedback—not just tell you what you want to hear so he can get the listing. You won't get phony pricing promises that will put your home into the overpriced category. It's common for agents to tell you a high price to get the listing, then drop the price when they aren't able to deliver on their unrealistic price "promise".
You'll get a complete presentation (not too long, don't worry!) about how James will sell your home. There are a number of items that he will cover with you.
After all, you want a REALTOR® who's not afraid to ask for the sale. It won't be high pressure. You can expect a sincere request to be your trusted sales agent. The decision is up to you.
James will bring along a Listing Agreement to the appointment. Obviously, he will hope to leave with your signature. There's no obligation, but our hope is that you'll see the value that James brings to the sale of your home.
When you sign a listing agreement with James, he doesn't waste any time. The next thing that happens is strategizing on your sales time line. He's going to want to honor your wishes and make sure that the whole sales process works for you. Here's some things that typically happen once you've signed the listing agreement:
